Words from someone wise (I can't remember who!)
" The will to win is not nearly as important as the will to prepare to win..."
Hey beautiful volleyball players!
Are you thinking about vball season on Unity? I AM!! I must admit, I am a bit busy with volleyball of my own, but I can't wait to start working with all the eager UC players. So get those grades up during the first weeks of school, and start training for volleyball. The harder you work and prepare on your own, the more time we will have to perfect UC's vball program into a league-leading unit! Let's set our sights high and work hard! We will have a informative meeting sometime soon so you know what to expect and how to start training. Until then, stay active and stay healthy!

I am doing well and am really getting into this school thing again! I hope you guys are thinking about volleyball a little too so hopefully we can get some open gyms started for the school year! You guys are great and I miss you all!

This is not a Calvin College volleyball site, but our varsity coach Laura Tucker, and Kara Kuipers, a Unity graduate from the class of 2001, both play on the Calvin College varsity volleyball team. Here is a link http://www.calvin.edu/sports/volley/results/2002/2002sch.htm to their schedule in case you want to attend any games. Admission is free!

Coach Tucker began the college volleyball season in style by setting the Calvin College volleyball team to a 4-0 record at their first tournament of the year! They won the tournament AND never lost a game!!!
